Florence’s oldest church, San Miniato, rising above Michelangelo Square, is not to be missed.
Our area, known as ‘OLTRARNO’ (the other side of the Arno) is beaming with restaurants and “trattorie” for food and wine lovers.
The Florence Marathon, which takes place the last Sunday of November, starts just in front of the B&B.
